Terms of Service

Last updated: June 29, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Callboard, a theatre production management platform operated by Latimerart ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using Callboard, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use Callboard

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 13 may only access Callboard with verifiable parental or guardian consent, which is collected during the signup process. By using Callboard, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@callboardcommunity.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Admin accounts (directors and producers) require a paid subscription to access Callboard. Cast members, parents, and auditionees use Callboard free of charge.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Callboard (show information, cast data, schedules, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We are not responsible for content submitted by users. Directors and production administrators are responsible for ensuring that content relating to their productions — including information about cast members — complies with applicable laws.

6. AI Features

Callboard includes AI-assisted features (such as show information lookup) powered by Anthropic. These features are provided as a convenience — outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Callboard available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or service changes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that harms other users or the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Callboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Latimerart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Callboard, including loss of data, lost profits, or service interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State].

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of Callboard after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
